Hourly rates will be billed from the time of pick up to the time of drop off with applicable minimum vehicle lease time. Corporate Accounts are billed at a discounted rate. Any fraction of an hour will be billed to the next half hour.

Thirty minutes travel time (15 minutes each way) will he charged for hourly trips within Zones.

Flat Rate charges reflect travel from Point A to Point B and do not include Stops and Waiting Time.

All Stops enroutte are billed at $10.00 per stop (first five minutes included).

Waiting time, after 10 minutes, is charged per 15 minute unit at the rate of $13.00 / unit.

A 20% service charge (chauffeur gratuity) based on the fare, stop time and wail time will be added to your bill.

A 5 % LTC (Livery Transportation Charge) will be charged on the vehicle hourly or flat rates. LTC is a surcharge based upon various overhead expense items and it is ordinarily calculated as a flat percentage of your base charge.

An airport fee of $2.00 will be added for all airport pickups and drop-offs.

Cellular telephones are billed $2.00 per minute of use.

Tolls, Parking, and all other out of pocket expenses will be billed as required.

For service between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM, add $10.00 to the fare for every hour on flat and hourly rates.

For trips originating at Logon Airport, SL, Limousine Service offers a waiting period of 30 minutes after the actual arrival time of domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights at no extra charge on all flat rate trips. If additional time is requested, it will be charged at the applicable rate. Please note that hourly rate charges apply from Airline Scheduled Arrival Time.

Meet & greet service at the airport is an additional $40.00

Cancellation fee equal to the trip cost plus 20% service charge will be charged for any cancellation made less than Four Hours before the scheduled pick-up time, since the reservation has already been activated.

A no-show charge equal to the scheduled trip cost, plus 20% service charge including applicable waiting time, will be billed when the passenger fails to show at the designated location.

Flat rate charges are available for Luxury Sedans and 10 Passenger Vans. 6, 8 & 10 Passenger Stretch Limousine and 14 Passenger Van are available on hourly rates only.
